It's a ghost town in search of healing and revival, but after thirteen years of unsolved mysteries, the serial killer from back then suddenly returns. To track him down, a detective and journalist must scratch open all the old wounds. At the same time, there are also three children from the town trying to catch the monster, with family intrigues like only a small town can have.
